What we collect

Your account: name, business name, email, phone number, and password (stored as a one-way hash — we can't read it). If you connect Google, we store your Google Business Profile data and reviews so we can show them in your dashboard.

Your customers' info: the names and phone numbers you type in to send review requests. We use them for one thing only: sending the texts you ask us to send.

Feedback: private messages your customers send through your smart link. They go to you, and we store them so you can read them in your dashboard.

Cookies: one session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it — no advertising trackers.

What we never do

We never sell your data or your customers' data. We never text anyone you didn't tell us to text. We never post anything publicly on your behalf without your approval.

Texting (Twilio)

Texts go out through Twilio, our messaging provider. They process the phone numbers and message content needed to deliver your texts, under their own privacy policy.

Your data, your call

Want your account and data deleted? Email us and we'll wipe it — usually within a few days.
